Assurance is an independent auditing process that provides
standardized quality assurance testing for all of our services.
With our QA process, it will be not necessary for you to use
internal resources to review the accuracy of technical translations,
which can be time consuming and damaging to productivity levels.
Our QA process gives you the confidence you seek without
the disruption of an internal process, including:
- Establishing baseline translation performance metrics.
- Reviewing all submitted translations against the defined standards.
- Developing a comprehensive report that highlights each of the inconsistencies and their degree of variance.
- Defining translation standards across a number of industry sectors.
All translators participating in our QA process must work
as independent, unbiased reviewers. And such consultants
do not review translations that they have been involved
in translation.
